What a week. Starting with the Signature Pre-Game with strong vodka lemonade’s to take the edge off, the tension in the air was thick knowing the Signature Regular Season Title was on the line. Getting to the practice area, Geo & Ryan were warming up on the putting green in silence.. there was no talking this week, and it was killing Cav’s and Geo to be on opposite side for this one!

Round Recap: With not much on the line in groups 1 & 2, these groups played a stress free round knowing the 3rd group was the round to watch. Somehow along the way, Ging broke his pitching wedge but it definitely wasn’t out of anger because vibes are always high with cousin Ging. The group of Jack/Bryce/Rico Sr/ and Johnny started the dope show very early, and after their round Johnny was so high, he took a cart on a nice tour of the golf course and was gone for hours while Rico Sr patiently waited for him to come back with all his stuff. Johnny somehow lost two clubs along the way but was unable to find them afterwards.. chances are they are in someone else’s bag.

Group 3 was a battle, as Ryan and Geo were fighting for that top league spot. Coming out with a birdie on 2, Ryan and Cav’s took an early lead but it didn’t last long. Going from one-up to all square, this round was back and forth until the very end, where Cav’s sealed the win for the group on hole 8, the final par 3, making a very impressive par. Something was missing in the Tommy & Geo cart, as ball striking was uncharacteristic for the two of them, making it tough to take holes. But, stellar putting from Tommy kept them in it as long as they could. In the end, Ryan took the first regular season title in the inaugural Signature League, and some would say well deserved after writing all these recaps!

Post Round: Celebrating the end of the regular season, Ryan treated the group to a round of warm whiskey ginger shots which were 90% whiskey 10% ginger. We had a surprise appearance from Fo who enjoyed watching the chaos and making Luka nervous, as he is very tough to please! Luka brought out a Mic and Speaker to announce our Year Of The Cuz Fantasy Draft order, where every pick was announced to the Monday Night Football theme. In the end, the Sauna Boys (Johnny and Ging) secured the #1 pick.. Cavs’s unfortunately ended up with #10.

Celebrating the regular season was nice, but now focus is set on playoffs. Stay tuned for more info!
